The beach is beautiful and the activities for families are plenty! Free wifi is incredibly fast which is a huge plus! The service can be slow and the beds are uncomfortably hard. don't expect a 5-star experience. multiple family activities, clean beach, well-maintained pools. Room cleanliness upon check-in left much to be desired. Maintenance issues with appliances, such as air conditioning and shower temperature, were frustrating. Not ideal for families when it comes to pool etiquette. Overly intrusive check-in process felt unnecessary. We had a great time enjoying all the activities available. The kids loved the pools, and the beach area was nice and clean. I particularly appreciated the quality of the food, especially during breakfast. There was a fantastic variety to choose from. However, there were some maintenance issues that needed attention during our stay, such as the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms not working properly. Also, it would have been easier to navigate the property if there was a map available. The pools and hotel grounds are truly lovely, creating a relaxing oasis. However, the food was overpriced and disappointing, and we faced unexpected charges for dish soap and sponge, which was frustrating.
