u4gm Why These ARC Raiders Skins Get You Targeted Tips Guide - Alam560 - 11-29-2025 In ARC Raiders, the skin you pick can say a lot about you before you’ve even pulled the trigger. Some designs look great, sure, but a few have picked up a bad name in the community and wearing them is basically asking to get singled out. You jump into a match, people spot that outfit, and instantly you’re on their radar. That’s why, if you’re after a longer run in-game, you might want to stay away from these notorious choices and maybe spend your credits on something else from ARC Raiders Items. You can’t play for long without running into the Torpedo. It’s everywhere. The masked version doesn’t help its case either – players dislike both. It’s just become this symbol of annoyance. The second people see it, they’re thinking “yeah, trouble’s coming.” Doesn’t matter if you’re friendly or competitive, that reputation sticks. And with so many Torpedo users causing chaos in matches, it’s no surprise that people will focus you down just to get rid of the distraction. Nothing subtle about the Cosmo. It’s got that odd astronaut vibe, but the colours make it look like a budget costume gone wrong. Gives off this weird vibe right away, so folks tend to expect rough play from whoever’s wearing it. And unfortunately, more often than not, they’re right – griefers seem to love this one. Put it on and you’ll probably get targeted almost instantly, no matter how skilled you actually are. There’s just no hiding with Cosmo. Origin’s tricky because it’s the starter skin. Could be a genuine new player just figuring things out… but it could also be a seasoned vet trying to blend in. Most experienced Raiders have been burned by underestimating someone in Origin, so now it’s often shoot first, ask questions never. Newcomers don’t get much of a break here – wearing Origin can turn you into a walking question mark, and in ARC Raiders, uncertainty usually means bullets. Aviator’s the reward for grinding out a quest, but man, the payoff isn’t worth the hype. Players see it as a badge of wasted time, so it’s common for people to gun down Aviator wearers out of pity or frustration. Then there’s Ryder – the “I’m the best” skin. It’s become synonymous with wannabe pros strutting through lobbies. The community’s decided it’s fun to prove those players wrong, and Ryder wearers often get swarmed. In other words, unless you’re ready for extra heat, maybe keep these off your loadout and choose something more practical when you buy ARC Raiders gear. |
