That is why I sometimes leave comments myself when I test a new shop or product. Recently I have been testing several online eyewear shops to compare frames and lenses. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. The main things I look at for glasses are frame weight, hinge quality and lens coating. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.

Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention.
